Theta Clearing offers non-therapeutic personal development workshops focused on mental clarity and emotional release. These are not medical, psychological, or clinical services.

  1. Booking and Payment
  • Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved payment processors.
  1. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement;
  • You understand that our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
  1. Workshop Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Respect the privacy and space of others;
  • Avoid sharing workshop content without permission;
  • Not engage in disruptive behavior.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these conditions without refund.

All content, materials, and methods used in our workshops and on the Site are the intellectual property of Theta Clearing. You may not reproduce, share, or use them without written consent.

Our services are designed for personal growth. We make no guarantees of specific results. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own progress and wellbeing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theta Clearing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
